"Where should I start? We came here looking for a beautiful bed bunk, first off they gave me a 7 day delivery due date ( I knew this was too soon but they insisted it was when it would arrive) secondly I paid for the installment I never received . Again I would have not been upset if they would have just told me from the start that it would have taken 3 Weeks to arrive. They arrived and never installed it, they arrived during late night hours and when I called to get it installed they gave me a very nasty attitude. I’m very upset with the type of service I received. If I could I would give 0 stars to this business"

I ordered a twin bed and head board for my daughter back in February 2022 I just received the order in may 2022 and then the delivery men put full size brackets on a twin bed the bed isn’t stable at all !! I’m highly upset I will never spend my money with this company again poor customer service"

"O stars.... There is no communication about your delivery. They don't communicate well. I had to call everytime they missed the deadline of delivery. Then was told some story of why they did not deliver the item. One minute it's a holiday then the next its the truck breaking down. Had I read all the reviews I would of never purchased anything from this store. They tell you call customer service and all you get is a voicemail and told the managers phone is linked to this number meanwhile its the delivery service number. I have yet to get a call back. Worst business ever. I have never been so disgusted in my entire life. They will do this horrible customer service to the right one and get sued. I can't wait for that day."

"I purchased furniture from here in January. When I received my delivery the furniture was damaged and the delivery men took my tools. I have since received my tools back, but still no resolve to my damaged furniture. Their customer service is terrible. They do not take responsibility for their actions and put everything on the pandemic. Michael seemed to be a cool sales person until you try to reach him about the damages and the lack of communication. He clearly stated to another customer in front of me “call customer service about your delivery. I have nothing to do with that”. I should have bolted out the door then. Now I’m stuck with damaged furniture. According to Anthony at customer service, whom i spoke with today “until the end of summer”. According to Mike and Frank back in February, the replacement was supposed to be done at the end of March and then changed to mid April. I have disputed the transaction with my bank, but unfortunately it was denied. I will be see you in court."
