The chair was back ordered, so Chris sent me links of similar chairs in stock. He also was upfront about delivery for the couch being 5 weeks. Five weeks later Kathy worked with me to nail down the date. Unfortunately the delivery team only gave me a one day notice. So I scrambled to get rid of my old couch and chair. Otherwise the delivery was very smooth. They unpackaged and assembled my furniture plus removed packaging. The couch is super comfortable and attractive."
