"the hotel is very modest but clean and very well located. That's why I consider its location to be the biggest advantage. another important element is the observation deck, a beautiful view from which you can admire the panorama of the city, of course from an appropriate level (photos), and it is also quite a short walk to the Brooklyn Bridge, overall I recommend this part of the city, calm and safe. The rooms were clean but, as I mentioned, modest. We had a room on the ground floor but it wasn't too noisy and that's very important. I will definitely come back here because it is perfect for trips to Downtown!"

"I secret shop this location and here is my honest review. Lobby & Check-in: Unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Rude and passive-aggressive front desk staff, specifically Zella. Unequal treatment of guests. Room: Poor condition. Moldy smell, broken and dated AC, small size, cheap curtains, and peeling paint. Misleading photos online. Overall: Below-par experience. Does not meet the standards of the Marriott brand. Recommendation: Future guests: Consider this review and other sources before booking at this location. There may be better options available in New York City. Marriott corporate: Consider implementing secret shopper programs to monitor the quality of your properties and address issues such as those seen at this location."

"My sister got married this past weekend and my family stayed here. Everything was better than perfect. The entire staff was personable and friendly. The cleaning staff included but especially the Front Manager Justin and his associate Jonathan. Literally the best ran hotel I’ve ever visited and will definitely be back when in NY. "We stayed here because it was close to our daughters apartment. But what began as convenience turned out to be so much more. The hotel was clean. Our room was well maintained. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. And the rooftop patio has the BEST view! We will stay here again."

"My wife and I was in town for a family celebration in August. The hotel was a perfect location for us. This was our first time here and we were very pleased. The room was good for us, king size bed, very comfortable. My wife and I loved the shower, especially the water pressure. Everything we needed right at our convenience. TV, small refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. I enjoyed the rooftop view, awesome. The weather was not bad as well. We were i n walking distance to restaurants, subway & other attractions. We founded parking outside the hotel, on the street,alongside the property. This will be our go to hotel when in town. Keep up the great work everyone. Customer service was outstanding, from front desk, housekeeping, maintenance & breakfast staff."
