"The 2670 Route 130 Cranbury location had nice drivers (Ali & Kelvin -I think) that picked up/dropped me at my nearby repair shop. Dylan K. (Branch Manager) and Fred P. (Management Trainee) were both helpful, professional and friendly in the office. I am glad the Cranbury location was able to get me into a rental quickly as the Dayton location failed to do so even though I had a confirmation number with them. Dylan from the Cranbury location was able to reassure me that they had SUV options to choose from that were comparable and could get me into a vehicle that same morning."

"I heard a lot of good reviews about this location however it didn’t workout well for me. I selected this location just to drop off the car thinking that the policies won’t differ across the all the enterprise chains. I guess I am wrong. I got the car without a tank full of gas (attached picture for reference) and I drove just 60miles before the drop-off but I have been charged for the entire tank which is one day worth of my rental price (125$). Total rip-off. The person at the pickup location tried her best to help me out, but she couldn’t do it as the numbers were already in the system. Really unhappy with the enterprise this time. I have been taking the service from enterprise for quite sometime now and I need to look for other options."
