"So disappointed, I only used them because they were right next door the dr office, thinking the dr would get my daughter's results asap, 5 days later, nothing. I used NY Radiology on Hylan and my MD gets my results same afternoon."

"If there was a zero star, I would have given it to them. Worst… the place and service is perfect but to access and get the results is hell, they don’t have any patient portal to access your images or report, most doctors don’t know anything about this place because they are powered by one call and nobody knows what the hell is this. They gave me the mri cd, which didn’t work and didn’t open in doctors computer. Reports were not ready after 5 days. So if you gave any slight chance to avoid this place, do so. You will have the hardest time to access your results and reports. Especially if this is time sensitive matter. Don’t go there."

"Incompetent, The MRI technician could barely communicate he was confused in knowing what to do and what I was there for. I asked one of the staff to explain to him what test I was getting and to please make sure it was my name on the form he had. She asked him if I had to remove my bra he said no, when I was on the MRI table he made me get off the table and go and remove my bra. I fear when the results of the MRI come back they might not be mine. I lost all confidence in this place. When dealing with your health technicians should be able to communicate."

"0 stars. Awful place !!! The nurse could not find a vein for injection of contrast. She pricked me with a needle 3 times! I had a bruise after that. And when I got the results, it showed absolutely nothing. It was results without results! I will never come here again. Before, I did an MRI at Verrazano Radiology, and I highly recommend this place."

"I would rate them 0 stars if I could. I went in, and I have my lip pierced. I told the guy that i won’t be able to get it out, I have to get it professionally removed, so let me reschedule. Something was telling me to just LEAVE. And I really wish I listened to my gut. He basically then forces me telling me it’s ok it might “affect your results”, I kept telling him this is a waste why don’t I just come back! I go in for the mri and when it was over he tells me “next time don’t jump the gun and let me do my job. It’s my choice for you to get this test” I then went home and looked more into why you can’t wear metal, thankfully my lip ring isn’t real. Real scary things came up such as, piercings can get pulled out of your skin from the magnets, or it can get so hot you can get 3rd degree burns. DO NOT GO HERE. OR to the neurologist next door. Go to somebody more professional."
