"Excellent check-in experience with receptionist staff extremely accommodating and helpful. Good sized rooms and adequate facilities. Free complimentary breakfast provided, and it was good to see the sizes meant minimal food waste."

"We stayed at the hotel for one week and we really enjoyed it! The personell is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are huge and the breakfast was a nice add-on. The rooms are a true bargain, the hotel guaranteed a good value-for-price rate. Everything was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the location of the hotel is fairly comfortable for tourists since there is a cool supermarket right around the corner, the region seemed to be very safe at night and the underground station was just a short walk away. We will definitely come back!"

"The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that they hired good photographer to take pictures of their rooms. Do not be duped by the photos. The room is very small. 1- No wifi for the whole weekend. The receptionist doesn’t even say sorry rather was rude and said it will fix when it will be fixed. 2- No free parking. It is limited parking and that too paid which we had to fight to get. 3- Room was so dirty that it had dust all around the room. 4- Room had moldy smell which was indeed mold in the window frames. 5- Bathroom door doesn’t lock. 6- Breakfast is just bagel and cereals not bad but definitely not full breakfast. 7- Also room service cane to room didn’t clean the bed, and didn’t even take the trash. 8- Not even a single piece of cutlery in kitchen area. The worst part is the hotel is not even cheap. There are one or two in the area which are better and cheaper."

"I’m currently mid stay so I’ll update this once I leave but so far the hotel has been awesome. The location isn’t horrible. It’s extremely safe and in the middle of a bustling Orthodox Jewish community. No one will necessarily bother you in that sense. The neighborhood is a bit run down but overall I’d say it’s a fine place to stay for the price. I say this especially because it is within walking distance from a bus stop and also the subway is super close. The customer service at this hotel is IMPECCABLE. Sky, the day time front desk manager, is fantastic at her job. She recommended my friends and I some of the most amazing Italian food that I’ve ever eaten. The only thing I’d say I truly took away a star for is that the sheets in my bed seemed dirty but I’m going to ask about it this morning and then the shower in the room leaks. Beyond that this is a perfectly average hotel to stay at especially for a low price in NYC."
