"At my recent visit to SD, I was sorely disappointed by both the service and overall experience. The waiting time was far longer than anticipated, despite having a scheduled appointment. The staff was dismissive and curt. During the actual procedure, I felt rushed and inadequately informed about the process. The aftercare instructions provided were vague, leaving me unsure of how to properly care for the treated area. I truly expected more professionalism and efficiency from a clinic boasting high quality vein care and customer service."

Dr and the team were thorough in explaining the procedure, .It was quick and comfortable.The side effects and care for “after” were explained to me, I was asked what my concerns might be, and a follow up appointment was made. "I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The most unprofessional, incompetent staff I have ever encountered. I made an appointment a week in advance for an ultrasound. At the time of making the appointment, I provided the receptionist with my insurance information. I called the day before to confirm my appointment. Figured I am all set... Fast forward to the next day. I took a half day at work and arrived timely to my appointment only to be told that they do not take my insurance. A very rude, unprofessional "manager" came out and went into a defensive mode claiming that the office handles tons of calls and it's understandable to make a mistake of this magnitude. No apologies. Stay away from this place. If you need an ultrasound or MRI, save yourself the headache and do it elsewhere."
