"I had the best experience here -- the nurses and staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I was very nervous having a cardiac CT -- I have bad veins and they were so careful with me. After the test a nurse sat and held my hands until I was ok to get up. She was so caring and sweet and made me feel like she really cared about me. the place is super clean and organized. I will definitely make this my "go to" place for any imaging."

"Very impersonal, rushed and not what it was like before Northwell took over. My 66 year old mother was there for a catscan and it was more like a factory than a medical facility. Hallway was dirty and unkempt. After the test was over, the woman came in to remove the IV as my mom was still laying down. Didn't give her a chance to sit up, get comfortable and collect herself before being told she was done. They need to get it together before people start looking for other options."
