"Went in here today and ran into a very angry “Karen”. As soon as I came I was told “just a minute”. I had no problem waiting while she was chatting incessantly on the phone but after the item I came in to purchase was thrown at me a problem began. You DO NOT throw something at a customer I don’t care how bad of a day you are having on the phone DON’T bring your attitude into a business especially if that business is not yours. This is one customer who will not be back!"

"Place is great but the old lady that works there is HORRIBLE! She needs to learn customer service better. Very rude to customers and talks to you like you are dumb shes very nasty with her attitude and its EVERY time we come in there. Shes very impatient with people.. Shes costing this place business because i know plenty of people who wont shop there anymore simply because of her... Please teach her how to treat customers or simply fire her."
