"I ordered steel bunks beds for a fraternity house. The sales representative provided detailed information, answered all my questions- including several follow up questions and emails. He responded same day, usually within an hour or so. I did comparative shopping and the prices were competitive, quality top line, and service excellent. The bunk beds arrived 2 weeks earlier than anticipated!!! In good shape. The transit company even helped unload and get them inside. An excellent experience. Highly recommend."
"Just ordered the loft bed for my son and it was beautiful. I read some of these reviews and I have to disagree with some of those. This is an amazing product and the stain was perfect. The customer service was great and they got it to me fast. This is a handmade product that was definitely designed by an actual person. Will definitely buy from again."
"I placed an order for a wooden loft bed and it is beyond my expectations. Totally professionally built and stained. I understand some people may be used to the stuff from china that's massed produce but this is great american built products. I delt with someone named jonah to place the order and he had a actual woodworker call me back named jay that worked with me to get my bed built the way i wanted. Absolutely amazing products and definitely will be shopping there again."
"PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING: My bed was delivered late, and when it did, so many parts came broken. So I called to ask for a refund, and someone named Jonah started yelling at me. It was pretty funny, actually. He was saying things like, "How many times do I have to repeat myself" (...after saying something once) and "I've said this seven times" (...after saying something once). Conversation: Jonah: "Email us the broken parts and we'll send them." Me: "I waited months for my bed to come. I don't want to wait for parts. I want a refund." Jonah: "How many times do I have to tell you to email us that you want a refund?!" With how quickly he started yelling, it's clear he gets calls for refunds daily. I had to hang up because I was about to laugh at how senile his ramblings became. Look, I come from customer service, so I understand the frustrations of being on the other side. But they totally deserve all the 1-star reviews because they're a TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Communication is terrible with the company - they either don't respond to emails or a douche called Jonah yells at you for their mistakes. They're late on deliveries (mine took months) and then suddenly claim they could have a bunch of parts sent in a week. There's no consistency, accountability, or quality with this company. I should have gone with Pottery Barn like my mom said."
"Update: I would just like to apologize for my last review. This assembly has been very frustrating and took months to correct, the main problem being that my drill was not set to a high enough setting to get the screws in and out easily. Once I discovered that by asking around and looking into getting a new drill, I was able to secure everything on the bed much better. I would definitely let people know that this is necessary just in case because I dont think the average person is aware of the clutch on the drill or that it will be necessary to drive the screws in to the necessary depth. I also took the advice of the employees and reassembled the triangle supports to the recommended area, and invested in higher quality screws although the ones provided were definitely durable enough once I adjusted the clutch and could easily drive them in and out. I do still think that some of the sanding and cuts could have been done better, but now that I have worked with a decent amount of wood, I realize that wood isn't perfect and has natural imperfections that can cause such things. Overall, I think that it is good quality bed but that the triangle supports and midbar supports should be included in the purchase. I'm going to add a few more support features to completely secure it for peace of mind. Just be advised that the assembly is not really for beginners and may require some extra work on your end. The screws should be driven all the way in the hole. If they are just at the surface of the pilot hole they are not deep enough."
