"Am an existing customer spend a lot of Mon in this particular store , most of what I both was through j which I never once had a problem because if something goes wrong he take care of it , however I had a different experience with Claudette after spending almost ten thousand with her on two different sales, the last one was 4700 I paid for a bedroom suite which 6 months later the fabric on the head board start pulling out due to dry rat the sponge start bust it open I took pic send to her and all she can tell me to get some or she would recommend someone to fix it , instead report to the store and replace it to keep the customer happy, and then when I get mad she act like am not supposed to , the customer should be number one priority."
