"There are no stars for this place. Most horrible experience ever. I was discriminated because I'm a women and alone at the time by the Owner or Manager whose name is Jose who is also racist. I purchased a couch and scheduled the delivery 4 days later. I got a call the very next day and was told that the delivery had to be that very same day because they had no other date at the moment for that week to get some one to deliver the furniture. I had to take time off work to return back home in time for the delivery. When the delivery arrived and the couch was set up. I notice it wasn't the color i requested. I requested a light grey color couch because my floors are gray but they delivered a beige couch. I waited the next day to notify them because they delivered the couch at 7:40pm. I went into the store the very next day they delivered the couch to inform them they delivered the wrong colored couch and requested if they can change to the one i requested or if i can purchase a different couch or even a bigger couch my exact words because i was very unhappy with the one that was delivered, it was beige and don;t match my floor or paintings i purchased. Jose refused to swap for the couch for the one i requested. He didn't want to change it for me nor did he want to help me in any way. On the receipt purchase order i was given, clearly state their return policy must be within 48 hours of delivery. It wasn't even 24 hours yet before notifying him the course they delivered was the wrong color. He still refused to change the course. I left the store and i called my husband because i realize he was taking advantage of me because I'm a Women. I had my husband who is Spanish and speak fluent Spanish call the store to speak to Jose. As soon as my husbands starts to speaking Spanish Jose realize from the way my husband speaks they are from the same Country who even asked him if he was from the same County. Jose then apologize to my husband and agreed to allow me to come back to the store to purchase which every couch but will charge me to make the change to give me what i originally ask for which was $100 more for the same exact couch plus $180 for the delivery. Such a disgusting human being, not a nice person at all. He own a business and he discriminates and he is racist towards his customers and try to over charge me all for the mistake they made. Is very unfair to be treated like that. I work very hard and i decide to support their business by purchasing furniture at their Steinway location in Astoria NY and this his how they treat their customers. If you see their reviews its not first time they have done this. This is a repeated thing they do to their customer basically stealing money because you delivering what you want and customers are not satisfied with your business and you have the worst attitude to even have a business. Your business should be shut down."

"Horrible service. I walked in greeted the 2 guy that were there at the time. Totally ignored me. Then when one felt like getting up to come help it was with terrible energy. They been there for years an I never see anyone shop with them. I only hear bad things about them."

"I wish there are less than 1 star.They don't have any etiquette and manners. 1st we negotiate a furniture and put some deposit. Next day they call to say manufacturer don't make them anymore . when I return to get my refund they said cant give it today as the owner is not here. they also told me they can give me the same sofa but I need to pay extra $300 as they will manage it from some where else. I refused and they gave me a date to collect the refund. on the mentioned day Mr. Arafat called and says he can get the sofa with in 2 days. surprise you cant trust their words. When I went to get the refund Arafat was not in the store and when I asked about the owner some one from the store accusing me that I am making too much noise. They are so rude. although I got my refund, thank GOD. Even my brother got a Bed set from them , my brother ordered for a King bed but they said take the queen bed for now and will send your the king size when the king size will be available. They never called for the replacement when my brother asked for refund for the difference they never return the money. They will get a deposit and will trap you to get the same piece with higher price making different excuses. i don't know how they can survive in business doing such scam. Be aware of them. Never ever shop here. BIG RED ALERT."

"Purchased a recliner. The salesperson answered my questions and I got it delivered the next day. The item came packaged in plastic and was assembled in front of me. No issues. Prior to the purchase I did my due diligence, I knew exactly what I was looking for, the approximate cost of it and what the competitors sold."
