"I purchased a recliner from them, and I was amazed by the customer service skills and selection, I am now using this for almost a year and I can say with confidence that this is top quality, and I will buy from them again."
"Best store ever!! The customer service was awesome!! He didn't push us on anything... but offered such good pricing. I would highly recommend anyone in need of a good quality couch, or whatever. To simply stop by... you'll be amazed! And even better, you don't even need that much of a bank!"
"I had a pleasant purchasing experience 2 years ago and vowed to make a repeat purchase the next time I need to furnish my home. However, the recliner set that I purchased in 2014 with 5 years warranty started showing signs of malfunction about a year after. First if you don't have your receipt, the store gives you a "sorry ma'am, I can't help you" attitude. Thank goodness mine was located and so I was advised to speak to the warranty company who decided to replace my entire set after sending someone to my home to inspect the furniture and take photos. Meanwhile, I was advised by the warranty company to go to the store and select another set of furniture which I did. A few weeks later, someone from the store called and said that they had received almost half the value of my furniture from the warranty company and that I need to come up with the remainder of the money. I was not about to hear this crap. The warranty company intervened and explained to me that the store had only paid them what they returned which has nothing to do with my agreement with the store. So basically the store keeps part of the customer's money and pays for part warranty unbeknownst to the customer hence the reason why the warranty check is short. . After a few words of rant with the store personnel, I was asked to come down and select my furniture worth full warranty. I made sure I selected furniture a little less than the warranty value so that I'd have left over to pay for more warranty. After I did, the salesman said that I had to pay an additional $200 for taxes and delivery. I informed him that my last purchase price was inclusive of those. He insisted on making some money on me. I simply walked out the store because first, they tried scamming me off my warranty money, now they're trying to charge me taxes and delivery. Shame on you Home Sweet Home. Your courtesy and professionalism are limited to only the sale of your furniture. After sale experience is an absolute flop."
"Stepped in today for some inquiries, I honestly haven't bumped in to such a friendly salesman in a decade. As well they seem to have really low prices and quality furniture. Should definitely be high on your list."
