"Staff have no interest in customer service. Most unprofessional medical ‘professionals’ I’ve ever dealt with. No one introduced themselves or explained what they were doing. The tech was on her cell phone, then started having a conversation with a tech in a different room all while I just sat there. No wonder appointments take so long. After finally taking blood the tech literally just vanished without a word, or telling me I was done. I had to go into another room with a different patient to ask if I was good to go. Believe everything the other reviews say."
"The people working here are so inhumane. So discriminatory! So condescending! They sit in the back all 4 of them and they talk and laugh with each other while there are 12 people waiting for hours. It doesnt matter uf you have an appointment or not, you still wait the same. And they have so much hate in their eyes! They treat children with disability like animals"
"For someone who gets woozy when I have to get blood work, the people at quest are so curtious. They send a text to check in so when you arrive you don't have to check in. It's super clean in there as well. And the staff is friendly and helpful. If you get a woman named Corine she is amazing at her job. It went by so fast in and out within five minutes. The parking lot gets full but there's spots around in the parking garage. Tons of handicap spots as well. Well I hope my review can shed some light."
"Walked in at 715am. I really liked they had self check in. I was serviced really quickly. I greeted the staff good morning, no response back. Let them know it might be difficult to draw my blood since I have small veins. With no precision the needle went in. Blood actually came out at the needle point. That usually never happens as I've gotten more blood drawn regulary. First vial fills up second vial gets filled she moves the needle around a bit. Same goes for the 3rd vial. I feel like the staff that took care of me was not experienced. First time in a while my arm looks like this. I would not go back to this facility"
"I went in as a walk in, signed in with my name, phone number and birth date, easy enough. I was called in very quickly which was great. The lady, I think she was Indian, found out her name was Sandra, had me go to room 5. She was very rude and nasty. I felt her bad vibe from the beginning. She asked me for my Medicaid card since I apparently had a balance, even though I called many times to give my info. She gave me my card back and I put it back in my purse which was hanging up, and I went to sit again. Then she asked for the card again and I am like "really, you couldn't tell me you still needed it instead of handing it back to me? Can I just give you the number again since I know it?" Then she says "is there a problem that you don't want to give me the card?" Really??!!! Like I just gave her the card right before that with no problem. I just didn't want to get up and down ten times! Then she says "why did you scan Rayna's card?" I'm like "what are you talking about? I didn't scan any card, and she said "yes you did, it shows me on the computer that you scanned her fidelis. Fidelis is my primary. I was like I did not scan any card when I signed in. I only used my name, phone number and birth date. She said "well the computer shows me that you did" so clearly she thought I was lying. Ummm why would she call my name, I have a prescription with my name, gave her my Medicaid with my name, so why in the world would I lie about scanning or not scanning a card and why would I use my daughter's card when I clearly have my own??!?! I told her I don't want her to draw my blood, that she can have her manager come and I'll have someone else draw my blood. I spoke to Tiffany, who was very nice and she drew my blood. She said it could have been from another time that I got blood tests done, and I may have given my daughters card accidentally, but even then, how would no one have noticed that mistake at that time? That whole experience got me so mad. I told the first lady to look at the cameras if she doesn't believe me, but of course no she didn't. She had my heart racing from getting accused of lying and from being so upset over that whole experience. At least in the end, I got Tiffany. She was really good and if I ever go back there, I'll make sure I get her or anyone else besides Sandra."
