"I came here to shop for furniture for my new apartment. I bought a 1K bed set, $300 mirror and an $800 table. I was told everything would arrive in 4 weeks. Only the bed frame, mirror and table arrived. Upon unpacking the mirror we realized it was broken. We called that morning and they said they would send a replacement when they delivered the dresser. After 2 months of waiting I finally received the dresser but no mirror. I stopped by weekly for another 2 months and every week they told me it would be delivered the following week. I finally gave up and stopped asking. Additionally, the man kept trying to get me to spend more money and said i should get a footboard for my bed cause it wasn’t included. I was charged extra for a foot board that was already included with the bed set. I realized this after looking up the bed set on Ashley furniture. Thats where i also realized that i was EXTREMELY overcharged for everything and they were making additional charges just to get my money. To end this, they take advantage and get you to spend extra money, they take forever to deliver, if something is broken just forget about getting a replacement. I wish i had taken my money somewhere else but you live and you learn. I do not recommend this place. You’d think after spending over $2.5K they’d treat you with more respect for supporting their business."

"I was told after a week the night before at 7:45 that i wasn't going to get my delivery. I was so disappointed that i went to ask for my refund. He takes my card to the machine and says ok money is there. I go shopping i find out i have no money. I call the store and they said oh i have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my refund. That is not fair or Justice! They didnt have to wait 3-5 days for my money. Im so disappointed with Jerusalem. I only went there because i believed in the NAME...."
