"Tried calling Dune today 6/9/22. The man who answered the telephone was extremely rude and yelling at me that I was a solicitor. Which I am not. I was simply calling to ask a question regarding if Dune participates with Healthcare companies. He hung up on me 4 different times. If this is how you run your business and allow your employees to treat possible customers, I can guarantee you will lose a lot of business. Disappointed to say the least."

"I purchased a Climate sofa 15 years ago. Dune's service was great. The sofa is the most comfortable, well-built pieces of furnature I have ever bought. The sofa is still in fantastic shape. After 15 years! Once it is reupholstered, I expect to have it for a long time. It was worth every penny."

"Very poor customer support. Prices were high so I would expect top service. I was not happy the response I received and was treated very unfairly. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Seems like they are driven by profits not customer appreciation. Tim could use some coaching with his client services. Giving New Yorker's a bad reputation."

"We ordered pieces that were worth over $30,000 USD back in November. It is now April and we have yet to get even a confirmation on shipment. Customer service is EXTREMELY POOR. They gave me the run around. Saying yes my orders are coming in and the shipper will be in touch soon. I have been waiting since the beginning of March which was when I was supposed to receive my items. The sales rep, Tim, never got back to my messages or my calls. And when I would call their store he was always “with a client” and no one else was available to speak to me about my concerns. I even asked to speak to Aaron who is the VP and no help from him either. We paid A LOT of money and I assumed Dune was a reputable company. Very, very, very disappointed and will never buy anything from them again."
