"I had such a great experience with maiden home! I took a big risk by going with them because I live across the country from their store and was never able to see their pieces in person but I had a friend who had used them and rave about them and their customer service so I took a chance and I’m very glad that I did. Joe helped me pick out the styles and fabrics that fit best for my space and helped me decide what sizes to get which was extremely helpful. When they arrived, I couldn’t believe how stunning all of the pieces were. I still get compliments almost every time someone comes over, because they really Are so gorgeous and high-quality."

"Love everything about the dining chairs I purchased. The fabric, wood finish and overall look of the chairs. It goes perfectly with the round table I purchased from West Elm. The only reason I gave it a four star review is b/c the seats are very hard. Wish the seats were more comfortable to sit on. I’m hoping they will get more comfortable as they get used!"

"Spent $13k on a sofa and my experience has been terrible. It's been months and it is still not in usable shape. Maiden Home has told me not to us my sectional. First piece arrived broken with a bad cushion. Maiden Home is, to their credit, trying to replace those pieces at no cost. They asked me to send in a cushion cover to color match the fabric and lost it. Now I have one less cushion, and no progress made on the XL bench cushion replacement. They replaced the cracked wood base, and their delivery partners destroyed my house with dinged up walls that will cost time and money to fix. Maiden Home refuses to repair my walls since I didn't notify them within 24 hours. I have a very restrictive 24 hour limit on me reporting damage to my house, but here I am approaching 3 months since delivery with no usable sectional and they don't think they owe me an ounce of flexibility on that strict deadline. The hardware on the couch is also literally falling out on to the floor due to poor assembly by delivery team. We just found it on our floor under the couch in the morning. For $13k this is my worst experience buying any furniture, let alone the most expensive single piece of furniture I've ever bought. On top of all of that, the couch isn't even particularly comfortable. Would never recommend you go with Maiden Home furniture after my experience. At this point, they should be offering to refund me a few thousand to make it right. Truly insane experience. Steer clear."
