"Deliciously!"
"The service started working at 12, although work should start at 11. They saw us that we had arrived, but continued to chat (not at all to the point) This is tactlessness and disrespect"
"Real "Russian" service! Irresponsibility, negligence, disgusting attitude towards the client - that's all about this "office". I can’t ignore Victoria, who “does a favor” (I quote her words) by accepting orders. On Monday we submitted two documents for translation with notarization. We waited until 12 noon (Thursday) for the precious translator to call. I had to go to the office. There was a girl sitting hanging on the phone. She looked at us in surprise and said that one document had been translated, but she couldn’t cope with the other. OK. When I asked why she didn’t call as she promised, I heard that she was very busy (probably with private conversations on the phone) and was doing me a favor by taking orders. She asked to give me one of the finished translations. Gone. I only heard the rustling of papers. Doubt crept in that she couldn’t cope with this either. She came out again with a copy of the document. She did not see the month the document was issued. I helped her see it. She left again. After 5 minutes she swam out again. This time she typed out her middle name with a bunch of mistakes. I started to get indignant. After all, according to her, the job was done! She calmly took the money on Monday. I asked her to tear up her “precious” work and throw it away. I left, listening to the blonde’s indignation after her. :) I don’t recommend anyone to contact them! The owners of the office should review and improve the work of the agency. NEVER CONTACT them. And if you end up there, run when you see a blonde!"
