Reviews
"Rude and useless. Called to inquire about a property, and the person hangs up a second later abruptly. Don’t waste your time calling back they won’t pick up afterwards. Use any place else other than this place."
"We bought home through Century 21 Edison branch in 2004 when they advertised that the home construction year was 1975. We sold this home recently and came to know that the advertisement given by Century 21 was not correct. We reached out to the agent who was retired but referred to his colleague and he was told us that the year(1962) of construction mentioned in the township records was correct, though their marketing team had advertised incorrectly to attract the buyers. I was not sure why the agent and agency were selling the homes with incorrect information. If we had known that the house was 1962 built, we wouldn't have bought it at that time as I was looking for less than 30 years old home at that time, but it was 42 years old home 18 years ago itself. Be careful with the false advertisements and make sure that the attorney review verifies the details in the advertisement matches with the township records. I should not give any rating, but it is not allowing me to post without giving minimum rating."
"So I have been calling for 4 days, texting and email left voice mails with general inbox as directed. Then I call the headquarters speak to someone who also tries to connect me twice. The second time someone picks up ..doesn't identify himself I ask is this century 21 he asks me what do you want so I proceed to explain about a listing and ask relevant questions ..taxes, lot size, oil or gas they person says I do t want to talk or sell to you and hangs up. So I call corporate again and file a complaint is this a racial reason he doesn't want to talk or sell to me I wonder. IN any case c 21 corporate and BBb have been notified along woth NJ board of realtors. I would give negative syars idle possible ."
"Very unprofessional. People like Anil Verma lie about their listing properties and give false information to buyers. I wouldn’t trust any of the agent that work at this agency. I was referred to the agency by friend but I would never do any to buy/sell a house through their agency."
"Pam and Rupal are the best agents ever!! We have had family and friends that moved and I have heard horror stories. Not so with us. Pam and Rupal were with us all the way, guiding us and helping us through, even doing so much of the leg work (getting missing paperwork, certificates that we needed, et.) that most would have had us doing. Never did we feel as though we were bothering them (even when Pam was on vacation). They cheerfully and readily were available for us. They are a great team and we would recommend them to everyone. I wish we could take them with us when we leave the area."
