Reviews
"I just have to go around in circles."
"they are not helping at all"
"Every answer starts with "who gave you this number"/ "who asked you to contact me"/ even after explaining the query in the best possible way the only response you get is "just send an email and I will see what can be done". Sometimes this happened even when their own staff suggested to call on a different number."
"It's like a second home to international students. Great staff members!"
"Their front desk officers (I dont want to be too rude, so I'm not mentioning her name) do not help at all, we needed more information about tution fees after getting accepted for masters. We emailed, no response, after waiting weeks for their replies, we called them and they kept us forwarding to different places. Finally we decided to walk in, we first went to the Office of graduate addmissions, they couldn't answer and told us to talk to Global services. We walked, in the cold weather, the personnel at the front desk felt so disturbed when we wanted to talk to someone who might have an answer. She kept asking questions, her way was really rude. We went to the department( not mentioning which department) to talk about the matter, they were really helpful. We have been told to go and talk to a person who works at global services, again we walked to the global office, same person didn't let us get in, neither she listened nor tried to understand what we went through, I am confused, what was our mistake?"
