"Edit: my family and I love this location. The employee that messed with my wife hasn't been seen there since. The food is good quality and they reliably have what we need. Excellent little grocery store. ------------------------------------------ Original one star review: I would give this store 5 stars because USUALLY the staff is friendly and helpful but tonight a kid employed here decided to do a jump scare at my wife. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I am very angry. I will be speaking to management as soon as I am able to."

"The Spanish lady.. not the Dominican one the blonde hair lady. Snatched a toy from my 1yr old.. it's dollar general. The toy is a dollar... the crazy part is I do register refresh. And fixed the register at this store.. she was rude as hell... I know the world crazy but dam.. the babies too.."

"I must say each experience is great!!! Thumbs up to the staff that work so hard to make sure the store looks great... I live about 2 minutes from a dollar general and would rather travel from East Orange to Linden because I know every item I need will be in stock, as well as the cleanliness of the store makes it so much more easy to shop.. I thank the manager Wynetta for her great leadership skills it shows.. Maybe she should come to East Orange and train everyone there on how to run and keep a store stocked and clean!!!"
