"RUN AWAY. Highly recommended you avoid this experience at all costs. Sure, they have lower prices, but you will more than pay for it in extremely poor customer service and extended delivery schedules. Our experience: ordered a dinning room set at an approximately 15-20% lower price than a local retailer. Was quoted 4-6 weeks for delivery. 12 weeks later we got our table (only after I said I was going to the BBB). Table was delivered with a defect - we had to reject the delivery. Took another 8 weeks for them to complete an exchange. Throughout the process their customer service MANAGERS were degrading, rude and abusive. Our family had to use a plastic folding table and chairs for two months - Emma Mason didn’t care at all. Offered nothing to make up for the negative experience- not even a temporary table and chairs. Whatever money you think you might be saving will surely not be worth it in the long run. Pay the extra cost and go to a reputable company."
