"Location is good and bad Location itself is good. Close to NYC and local attractions. However, it’s really hard to access this location from US-46. You have to cross a lane , off ramp from I-95, where people are flying 40+ mph. You don’t have any room to merge in. Plus, they did not provide a hand-soap. I had to use body-wash instead."
"Room was extremely filthy. I still get grossed out when I look at the pictures I took. Tub was black and bathroom sink would not go down and when it finally did it was full of black hairs from previous guest and/or pets. Room was never cleaned even though in the computer it stated, Allergies to Pets! No hand-soap, No warm water, etc. I placed a complaint with Hilton’s corporate office. I was informed that it is a franchise therefore my complaint was passed over to the management office but I never heard from management or owner. No ADA Accommodations, only if available. Escalation Department blamed it on the fact that they were not able to accommodate as I checked in around 10 PM. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. I didn’t know Hilton’s standards are so low when it comes to independently owned franchises. I left messages and sent emails to corporate CEO, Vice-President, and others in Virginia. I was brushed off. I will definitely read reviews next time I stay anywhere. Definitely not even a ONE OVERALL...Waiting for management to reach out to me!"
"Rooms were decent. I could not sleep in this bed, but that it because of my back condition. Staff was very good. You have to enter and exit this hotel from only one direction, parking is limited, and it feels cramped."
"I was nervous after reading some of the reviews , but was pleasantly surprised. I was a cruise passenger and able to park my car there for the duration and stay the night before, have breakfast, and an included shuttle to and from the Manhattan cruise port. Room was clean and spacious, front desk guy at night was super helpful and friendly. Kind of a tough spot traffic- wise and there was a delay getting to port but that was because of the extensive amount of rain leading up to the day of the cruise. There are no sidewalks surrounding this location because it is essentially off a major highway, so walking anywhere is kind of out of the question. Nice pool area."
"Do not stay at this hotel. They do not honor any pricing originally agreed upon. I booked hotel for a stay/park/cruise package prior to our cruise from the Manhattan Cruise Terminal this past July 2023. I made the reservation 6+ months in advance at a reasonable price (about $300). Then the morning of the check in date, someone calls to inform me that the price we paid only applied to two people (we have 2 adults and 2 children) and I needed pay additional charges for my children to ride the shuttle. I said this isn't fair calling me the day of leaving me no options to make alternative arrangements. They did not care and offered to cancel the reservation.... we proceeded as we had no choice and upon arrival the prices quoted over the phone were different than what we were charged. An additional $200.00 in fees were charged! It appeared they were overbooked as we had to get on the second hotel owned bus as the bus service they hired was full. The return shuttle was crowded and late coming back. My in-laws also traveled with us and their originally booked price was not honored. Their increase was about $75.00 but very deceitful to not honor the original booked price. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.... the people at this hotel are not honest and play last minute games with customers. We will never stay here again."
