"I already felt at home walking into the leasing office of Nieuw Amsterdam Village for the initial tour. When I walked in the Property Manager Sandy gave me a big smile. The Gentleman in the office that I found out were the Maintenance Team were just as welcoming. It was a breath of fresh air. Some of the properties visited previously in our search were so rude & unprofessional. Daniela the leasing consultant was lovely. She gave me a feeling of warmth & made me smile. Very professional, helpful & responsive to any questions. My daughter wasn't able to make the tour. But upon move in said how beautiful everything was. We're thankful & happy to call Nieuw Amsterdam Village our new home."

"This place seems like a great place to live. Management on site were amazing. Problem would be I guess the higher ups. Told them I can pay the full contract in advance. Would literally be no risk of payment along with a credit check. I am on medical leave but make enough to pay 2 full years in advance and yet they won’t accept it because I am on medical leave. I’m not sure if they tried in the past or don’t want to ask but not accepting the full term of the contract with a credit check and background is absurd."

"I leave here for 10 years I went to the office and I said the apartment needs an inspection they came over and they replace everything that needs to be replaced amazing experience this is the right place to live the stuff is excellent by instance when i first aproach AD one of the supervisor he was very nice to me along with Bill and Sandy i was told anything i need and then they sent Mr: Juan Rojas maintenance tech neat polite attention on the detail and honest"
