"Melbourne collection is terrible. Under stuffed cushions. Sits 3 inches lower to ground than normal couches and cushions have downward slope so it literally feels like you are sliding off couch. If you lay down on the couch, you can feel each section in your back, that's how terrible the cushions are. Guess what. After you spend 2000$ on their furniture YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW on their website which is illegal. I posted an honest, objective, and factual review about how poorly constructed and uncomfortable their furniture is, and it never showed up on their website. In fact, I saw no reviews with less than 5 stars. Going to report them, as it it is forbidden to host review engine on a site but then filter out the ones that make you look bad."

"If I could give Citi Home Furniture ZERO stars I would. Do not buy ANYTHING from these liars & scammers. Do not waste your money on overpriced trash. Do not fall for the Ads popping up for the “Melbourne Feather Sectional” when shopping for a real sofa. Buyer beware, after these scammers get you to pay over 2k, either you won’t ever hear from them again, you will not ever get a couch, Or like someone else you will get a piece of trash that looks nothing like the picture, If they ever deliver a sofa. If the sales are too good to be true, they are. Please buyer beware they are scammers, you have been warned. I have heard they are deleting bad reviews off their website, and I have a feeling Finding a way to filter out bad reviews on Google as well."

"I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to go out of my way to write one for this company. We bought a sectional online and it was just as beautiful and comfortable as it looked in the pictures. It was delivered within a week and they installed it directly in my living room so I didn’t have to lift a finger. They even called me a few days in advance to keep me updated on the order status and expected delivery time. A few weeks later, I accidentally broke the latch on the bottom of the couch (completely my fault). Within a few days, they not only ordered me a replacement piece, but also sent someone to fix it for me. The product quality, communication, and customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced with a furniture company and I cannot say enough good things about them!"
