"The cashier I got was rude. Did not greet me. Rang up my purchases and then slid me my receipt as he chatted with a coworker and did not even bother to say “Have a nice day”. It only takes one second to be kind and to show proper customer service, especially during the holiday season."

"I am loyal to this store since it was opened, today I had a bad experience, I was looking for a particular book, when I heard a woman yelling at the employees, I never expected to see a rude woman yelling there, she noticed that I was watching her, then she came to me in aggressive way and asked me if I needed help, I answered no. I went to check out to buy something and return a pillow, my receipt was a bit damaged but the code can still be read, the cashier told me she will call the manager, I said ok, suddenly a big surprise the manager was the horrible woman that was treating in a bad way all employees, I am not sure if her name is Mariel, as soon as she saw me, she started yelling that she can't take my pillow back, also some items without prices, that I did want to buy, she intended to acused me that I ripped them off, that was unfair and humiliating, I can't understand how a big store like this hired this kind of people, with zero education zero manners, while there are many educated youngsters without jobs I'll never go back there and I'll tell this to my family and friends."
