"I can't begin to explain the amazing experience I had at Tamar international. From the first time I called she never made any false promises and was extremely responsive. I made a mistake on my first application and sent a copy of my birth certificate so I had to redo it with 1 week (1 day being Veterans Day) and Tamara had my passport shipped in 3 buisness days just like she said she would! Submitted my paperwork on Monday and have my passport in hand Saturday. Extremely professional and very good at her job I truly couldn't recommend anyone more then I recommend to use her if you are looking for an expedited passport. Thank you once again Tamara!!!!"

"I had an extremely positive experience with Tamara. I was in a bind and she totally came through for me. On Friday 7/15, I had an international flight booked. Unfortunately, I discovered that my passport was expired. I tried to schedule a passport appointment but was told that there was not a single opening anywhere in the United States and it would take me at least two weeks to get in to see someone. I then tried calling expeditors in NYC to see what could be done. The majority charged exorbitantly high fees, were fully booked, and/or couldn’t say when I’d be able to have a new passport in hand. I eventually reached Tamara. She was calm and reassuring. She told me that if I got the necessary materials to her first thing on Monday (7/18), she was confident that I’d receive my passport on Saturday (7/23). On her word, I went ahead and changed my fight to Saturday. The instructions on her site detailing what’s needed for the application are super clear. Follow them to a T. When I arrived at 26 Broadway, the woman who received my materials was kind and helpful. She took a look through everything to make sure I hadn’t missed anything. (Note, it’s a co-working space called Primary, not a Tamar International office.) Tamara was not there but I spoke to her over the phone. She told me I should have a tracking number by Thursday (7/21) and the passport would hopefully arrive by Saturday (7/23). It ended up arriving a day early on Friday (7/22). Obviously my experience is just my experience, but I can’t recommend her enough."

"Do NOT use this agency for expediting passport! Learn from my horrible experience with them… they failed to deliver passport on agreed timeline, does not return my emails/calls, I still don’t have a passport, cancelled international trip because of Tamar International failure. Details of my saga with Tamar International: (I have emails and screen shots documenting all of this) On July 1, I contact Tamar International (spoke with Tamara). I had international flight scheduled for July 17 and needed a standard passport book renewal (17 calendar days before departure). Tamara told me this would be “no problem at all”. She told me that if I gave her my completed documents by July 5th or 6th, they would be submitted to the passport agency on July 8 and I would have passport on July 15. She also told me to check in with her on July 13 to get the tracking number for passport delivery. On July 5, I dropped off my completed documents to her “office” (which is a co-working space) as planned and paid her $500 fee (plus State Department fees). I waited a week and called her on July 13, as planned. This is where things fell apart. On July 13, Tamara said she was unaware of my passport application status, and she would check with the courier. She asked me to call her the next day (July 14). At this point I began to worry, and checked the US State Dept website myself. The State Dept website showed my passport status was “Not Available”, which I now understand means was not yet received. On July 14, the State Dept website was updated to show that my passport application had been submitted on July 13 (5 days later than Tamara initially told me the “plan” was) and as “In Process”. On July 15, the day Tamara initially told me I would receive my passport, the application was still “In Process” at the Passport Agency. On July 16, the day before my trip, the State Dept/Passport Agency website said the passport had been shipped and that I would receive it around July 20 (5 days after Tamara me I would). I am writing this review on July 17, 2022, the day I was supposed to travel internationally. I have cancelled my flights and hotel at significant cost. I still don’t have a passport because Tamar International failed to submit passport application on timeline we agreed!! No apology, no explanation for delay in submitting, no offer for refund… Tamara is not even replying to my emails/calls. This service is a joke. Total waste of $500."

"Needed to get overseas for an important client meeting, but found out that my passport had expired. My trip was 3 weeks away and the normal channels and expedited services told me it would be at least 5 weeks. I found Tamar through a "near me" search and she was able to get my passport renewed within 2 weeks after I sent her my materials. To be clear, I waited 6 days for the next available appointment and 3 business days to receive my new passport. Great service and highly recommended. Thanks Tamar, you are a life saver."
