"Zero stars would be given if it was an option. NO PREP INFO was provided. After waiting for over an hour in the waiting room, I was taken in only to be told that the image would likely be inconclusive. They blamed my Doctor. My doctors office told me it was radiology who makes the protocol and should have issued me their protocol. No apologies, no accountability. Now I have to go to the hospital for the scan. Incompetence. I would not go here ever."
"I have been here for several scans now. It was easy to make an appointment on their website and on the phone. The receptionists were knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me the no insurance rate and when I called back 3 days later, they had the insurance out-of-pocket costs. The MRI pre-authorization was also completed in days when places like NYU Langone take 2 weeks and charge 5x more. As soon as I checked in, they were ready. My CTs take less than 10 minutes here and MRIs around 30 minutes. They are also nice enough to fax my results to multiple doctors."
"It took me a year to write this review I was reffered to this office by my phisician on July 15 2021 at that time I have fractured my wrist and I had a cast and was in pain. Melissa - an office manager was extremly rude . First she told me to pay $200.00 even though they accept GHI. I called GHI the reception was terrible in 30 minutes I was able to reach out to my insurance and the problem was solved - they told me to pay only the coopayment but Melissa ignored me and told me to wait. After another 40 min of waiting I saw that everyone was called in but me I asked her when I will be seeing, and that I am in pain and can not wait anymore, also I asked to talk to the doctor- M Robert Peters MD - his name was on the card , after that she got so angry! You know what she told me? - You have to leave or I will call the security I was crying, I still can not believe it!!!! This woman - Melissa can not work with people!!!!!!!!"
"I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my appt (as texts and phone call confirmations requested.) After 40 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told that while the procedures were approved, my insurance (?) stated I owed them $1000+ (not possible) and I would have to wait until it was resolved. I asked for a more detailed explanation and all I received was that "Good Visit" (a program they use) was providing this information to them. I called my insurance company and they saw no problem with the procedures in their system. The two people at the front desk finally (an hour after my arrival) escalated to their insurance administrator in the office, who was able to resolve it. The fact that the people at the front desk thought it was okay to let me wait an hour without any sort of update was ridiculous. This time did allow me to hear all the conversations going on in the break room, which is adjacent to the waiting room. In contrast, the technicians were nice and seemed competent. AND their online onboarding system did not work. It refused to let me save, so I needed to fill out paperwork upon arrival - 2 sets, 1 for each procedure. When I mentioned the problem, the person at the front desk said "Yeah, people say it doesn't always work." This is a high-end facility (Chuck Close painting on a wall) but a budget basement operation."
"Waited an hour. I asked that they send me my report by email. They said they could not- only by mail. I waited 10 days. Finally I called... and they sent it to me by email. Bad communication at the front desk makes one question the office's competence. It doesn't matter how good the equipment is or how diligent the technicians are if they screw up sending out the results."
