"I would like to give this place zero stars. The place was empty - literally empty - and yet it took 90 min to get to a technician. The technician was ok. I normally don’t review places but feel compelled to warn others about this location. I will not be returning."

"Don't bother to schedule here. I've made so many appointments for one follow up it's now ridiculous. I was told that the doctor had left for the day- so why schedule my appointment when you did? Or at least attempt to contact me. After rescheduling AGAIN, I walked out after an hour and forty-five minute wait. The office was packed with patients. It seemed like no one was being called in and no staff were around. I seriously think they left the patients in gowns and went to have lunch. Never again at this location."

"This facility offers horrible service. The center is supposed to close at 5:00pm, however upon my arrival to this facility at 4:35PM, i was informed that the radiologist has just left. I was in the waiting area for about 5 minutes and the "receptionist" was hiding behind the counter, did not greet me or offer me assistance. I did not even realize her presence until i made an attempt to find someone to assist me, i realized that she was hiding behind the counter. I filed a complaint with the administrator. Jennifer De La Cruz and still awaiting a response from her and was informed that this "receptionist" was the radiologist. If this so called radiologist did not want to perform her duties as a radiologist then she should be terminated. She led me to believe that she was the receptionist by offering me to make an appointment at their Atlantic Avenue location or to reschedule for another day."
