"I wrote a review but that got removed for some reason... I ordered a custom piece from this store before reading all the negative reviews and my experience was a total nightmare! Like others that have complained, this store's owner, Amy, strings you along. Everytime I call for a status update, the salesperson would tell me that only Amy has the status update. She would lie and about the order's status (oh it's out for delivery, it's got issues, it's delayed due to Covid, etc) and strung me along for over a year before I called the manufacturer to find out that the custom piece has NOT even been made! I finally demanded my money back but Amy gave multipe excuses on why the refund was not yet issued (we refund the amount already, let me check with my processer, etc.). I finally called my credit card company to intervene. After more than a year, I finally got my money back. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone!"
