"I wish there is zero star to give. Don’t waste your time and money. I was glad at first sight and bed seems well fixed in store but when it was delivered and fixed at my home, the bed isn’t firm. The techs that fix are usually in hurry and doesn’t fix and tighten all parts well. Even, earlier I called to swap the bed before it was delivered and I got the response with an emphatic no. I typically buy from Raymour and Flanigan furniture and I continuously feel pains for making a poor decision this time because a friend suggested Liquidator for me. This time I made a mistake listening to my friend. Customer service was poor and rude and won’t even allow me explain because they have already made their mind. Never, never, and never again."
