"Nelly was amazing glad to see that customer service still exist. She was very helpful knowledgeable patient and also helping 3 of us at the same time and everyone left happy. She is what most companies need. The reason y I gave 2 stars is because I came into an issue with pricing the owner was very rude on the phone had absolutely no customer service unbelievable that nelly works for him.I bought a couch full price, 2 days after I brought it they posted it for like 40% off then going to tell me if I want it for that price I would have to get a defective one. They also forgot my coffee table from the order and I also was told that I was getting a delivery a certain day and everyday became the next day. Sorry Nelly ur great but ur boss attitude stinks."

"I made a 30,000 furniture purchase and I had the pleaser of doing so with Nelly. She speaks Spanish and English. She was very polite and patient with all and any decisions with all my furniture. She helped very thoroughly with all my decision !!! If you ever want to come to this furniture store please asks for her. She is the best !!! "They are the worst human beings the owner & and the older Dominican man. They brang me a Dinning Room Set of there choice not the one that I picked. The guys that built it scratched the table and they wasted the screws on the table. The table has a middle piece that ur supposed to be able push in and it hides to make the table smaller but it was not built right. The bedroom set has all kinds of imperfections that don't belong. The worst part is that to make the sale the Dominican man was so nice he would pick up the phone answer my calls but when I spoke to him about the issue he sed he had to make some phone calls then he would no longer pick up or answer my calls. I went to the store & spoke to the owner. He said he would fix the problem but acted like it wasn't that important. They are unprofessional & very inconsiderate. I payed the kitchen set in cash. And financed the bedroom set that there taking payments for it every Friday... I don't think they understand how hard it is as a single mother & construction worker how hard I have to work to put out a $1for my girls."
