AMC Freehold 14

"I am a huge fan of AMC establishment. This is not judging customer service, they were AMAZING. My rating is for how outdated this location is. I told my friend it reminds me of a horror movie. It’s such a nice location so the establishment needs to match up. Pros: Great Customer Service, Movie options and recliner chairs"

"I'm not going to judge the whole establishment,but I am going to judge theater 11. Filthy . Broken armrests every other seat. Food bits and worn out chairs everywhere. I feel like a used condom on the floor would have been appropriate. I'm gonna burn my clothes when I get home cause I have a feeling with how filthy this place feels, it may have bed bugs. I don't just blame the establishment,I also blame society as a whole. We're all filthy animals that need to do better."

"Terrible experience. I don't know if it was because it was a Sunday night or what but the whole place was a mess of kids being stupid sitting in the hallways like squatters and throwing popcorn on the floors etc. Going into see Godzilla and I had my experience ruined by some immigrant family of 7 that was loud and obnoxious. In another great example of how diversity is a strength, I had to tell their 4 children to be quiet for a good portion of the movie. The mom was on her cell phone the entire movie texting and the dad was just blatantly taking calls like it was their living room. I had never seen anything like it. I went to go see security to have them talked to and the security guard spoke to the wrong people. The security guard (who was wearing a bullet proof vest for some reason...) told me to wait outside the theater without confirming the people to speak to then proceeded to lie about who they talked to to my face (my wife was still in the theater so she knew who they went to see). This theater is terrible and managed poorly. I would suggest anyone to go anywhere else if they don't want to find themselves surrounded by the worst humanity has to offer while trying to actually enjoy a decent movie."

"A few minutes into seeing The Marvels, my brother got sick. Had to leave movie. Told the staff about it, and they super quickly gave me two free passes to see the movie another time. So nice, and so quick. Great experience."

"My family and I went to see the Haunted Mansion at AMC Freehold 14. After reading the reviews, we were reluctant go to this theatre. We bought toilet paper, napkins, extra popcorn and towels to cover the seats. To our surprise, the customer service was excellent, the seats were very nice, plenty of bathroom supplies and the popcorn was great. There is a customer service stand to address concerns. This was a very nice experience despite what was previously mentioned in reviews. We'll be returning in the future."
