"Everyone plz be careful with this establishment that they run a fraud astoria welfare society where the owner of this store is the president And they take all the old food and give it to people. Also, their youngest brother has been drunk driving and killed one person. It is all over instagram and facebook Plz avoid this establishment"
"Good staff, selling quality products. Store space is tight and congested, like every other ethnic store in NYC metro area."
"I would give a zero if I could. Buyers, please be aware, these newly hired people don't do their job correctly. I bought mustard oil from Bombay Sweets. They erased the last 2 digits of the year of the expiration date. So that, they can sell it. I didn't notice until I brought it home. When I open it, a very bad odor was coming from the Mustard oil (old oil smell) that's when I checked the date. and came to find out it's expired. I called them and let them know about it. They said to go and exchange it. I took my time out to go there to exchange. They refused to exchange or refund me because I opened it. They can't do anything for open items. No apologies, no manner, no professionalism. Please stay away from these money-makers who would only care for money and not customers well beings."
"What can I say..... I was treated with such disrespect. I asked for meat at the butcher counter. The man did not even acknowledge me. I then went to the cashier. The cashier immediately got on the phone speaking another language. I was so in shocked, how rude they were to me, then a female of their nature went to purchase an item with the cashier. He immediately attended to her. WOW!!!! All praises to The Most High In Christ I just stood there in amazement how people can be so racist still. I will pray for them!!"
"Pretty upset, as I do like this place because they cary low carb bread, and other healthy items. However, today I bought ground beef , and had to throw more than half away. The meat was literally dark brown inside. It looked as if they mushed fresh and bad meat together in order to sell it. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to making tacos with it. I won’t be buying meat from here again."
