"I personally hate getting lab work done because it’s always a struggle finding my veins. However, Tia worked her magic and not only did she get it easily, but it was pain free! "My experience at this office is one of the worst I’ve had in my life. I’ve never felt so disrespected, degraded and experience such unprofessionalism. On my arrival I was asked to sign in, while signing in I realized I didn’t had my Insurance card and related this to the ladies at the front desk.I was told that it was not an issue since my Insurance information may be on the documents my Dr sent over. This appointment was for my one year old daughter, My daughter was taken to the side as I sat in the front I heard my daughter crying mercilessly. I ran over to see my daughter with a needle in her arm & blood coming out from where the insertion was made. As I attempted to comfort my daughter I was asked if I had the ID number and was then told that they need the ID number to know what tubes to use. *****Now wouldn’t it make sense to get all the information needed ID, tubes, etc before placing a need in someone, especially a one year old who is screaming mercilessly. Cont’d I immediately asked for a pen and wrote down the ID number. They began to drawn blood in different tubes and when the phlebotomist was done she turned to me and said “hopefully we got the right tube.” I took my daughter to the front and comforted her has she had been crying for some time has I was comforting my daughter a medical staff came over to the front desk and started discussing the lesion another patient had on her lady parts. This topped it off. I guess HIPPA DOESN’T APPLY AT THIS LOCATION. !!! I don’t know what was worst being unable to comfort my daughter while she had a needle in her arm because I was being yelled at to get a ID number. My daughter bleeding out of the insertion site with the staff not knowing what tubes to use. The HIPPA law being broken or my daughter crying for hrs after because the insertion site was hurting from a needle being in her arm for a long period of time ."
"If I could give 10 stars I would. Miss Tia was so patient with my son. Was his first time, but she waited for us to be ready and she was very quick and painless. I recommend 10 out of 10! Definitely coming back with my other kids and requesting Tia"
