"I came here to drop off packages, they receive UPS and Amazon drop offs in different lines. The man at the print center was working hard trying to get everyone taken care of. The associate at the checkout by the door could've been more informative about whether or not and how to get cash back on a transaction. He mumbled incoherent instructions and it turned out, you can't get cash back at this Staples location. I figured it out on my own. I did not do any printing orders here but it sounds like their print center is a mess and poorly managed."

"11 days, and 3 trips to the store later, I had to cancel my "next day" business card print order. The first time I was told that the "card cutting machine" was out of order. Okay, I understand. But, I was assured my order would be ready and was placed on top of the (I'm guessing imaginary) queue. I waited another 4 days, went back to the store, and was then told "oh, our cutting machine was down last week." I was given the option to "wait an hour and they'll be done" (it was at 7:00 PM), but I told the staff I'd return in the morning. Not able to return until today, 4 days after the last interaction, I waited 15 minutes in line to be told "we ran out of the special paper, and we sent your order to a fulfillment center." Too many stories, too few employees, and even management lied to my face. I would have appreciated a call or even a delayed email. I used to spend a lot of money getting business prints done at Staples. Never again. I canceled this order, and will finally be receiving my business cards from elsewhere within the next 3 days. A total of 4 employees gave me 3 different stories. At least be honest."

"This is by far the worst Staples print center that I have ever experienced. All I needed was 6 copies of something on card stock. I was sent home after already waiting for 45 minutes and told to come back in 2 days. Why do they need two days to make 6 copies on card stock? It’s beyond me. I’m not sure how they could be trusted with bigger jobs if this took so long. When I finally went back for pick up, the associate told me that they never even placed the order (even though I had a receipt as proof). She was incredibly nasty when I expressed my frustration. I will not be returning to this location again. Completely unprofessional!"

"No staff . closed the printing department early when there where prints to be done and of course mine was in the pile. Even payed for the rush service to ensure everything would be ready. Called to see why I didnt get a pick up email and the guy in that department called out and they have no one else to run it so they just closed the department. And of course no one can help you or transfer your prints to another store so you have to cancel and reorder and of course the other store is closed so you cant even call them to ask if they can have it ready in the morning for you. Then you call the corporate number just to ask if they can put a note on the order asking if it can be done 1st thing in the morning and they just hang up on you. Great customer service they have here!"

"I had to order my missing cat flyer many times. I would go in the store sobbing my heart out and the staff was always very kind and caring. I had hundreds of flyers printed over a period of 3 months. Always, always, kind and professional. The flyers were always ready immediately and never not once had a problem. The website is VERY user friendly. I found my cat, she's home safe with me and I will always return to Staples in Middletown for any print jobs I have. Like the story I'm going to write about my search for Sammy. There was one young man with blue or purple hair who always helped me with the printers too. He would stop what he was doing and help me so very patiently. He was the nicest person working in retail I have ever met. Once I went in and was confused over the lines and there was one young man ordering everyone around, I did not like that, but the other young man with the colorful hair helped me and made sure I was okay and got my order. I hope you give him a raise or something because he was so very kind. The cashiers are always so very nice too!"
