"I’m disgusted. They’re running some kind of fraudulent scam for those rapid Covid tests from 2020. I payed $75 for a rapid test out of the pocket because they decided to “drop” my insurance and told me after i waited 3 hours to get tested. Never got a bill from them. Now getting letters from a lawyer saying I owe them $725!!!! What a fraud!!!! Called the office; they transferred me 3 different times and then lied that the front desk girl isn’t there on a Monday. All i wanted to know was their business name as it appears on bills. Three people couldn’t give me an answer of what the name of their business was. About to go there in person and call the cops on them. Disgusting"

"Be advised this Vestibular Diagnostics p.a. appears to be running a fraudlent scam in conjunction with bill collector and "attorney" Katie Stylianou. 1. they send me letter all lie. charging me 750 $ covid test fee. i never been there. 2. in the letter there is not any date of test. i calld insurance company they did not find that company. so insurance never regected them. 3. vestibular lies that they send me letrer and mesages that i ignored. its never happend. i asked them to show me that they did this. they cant, because they dont have. again i never been there. i dony know who are they. New jersey??? i never been I dont live there. am currently in contact with law enforcement to bring charges. I am also making a complaint to the Attorney General's office in both New Jersey and New York. I advise anyone who has been contacted by Katie Stylianou on behalf of Vestibular Diagnostics not to pay the bill if they feel it is fraudulent and to contact the FBI and the AG office of your state to make a formal complaint as I am doing. Katie Styliamou has apparently had more than 23 complaints to date."

"If I could give this place a negative I would. I have insurance and was just sent a collections notice for $325 for a covid test in 2020. They NEVER sent me a bill before sending me to collections AND I PAID MY COPAY AND WAS TOLD MY INSURANCE WOULD COVER THE REST. Now TWO years later they claim they did not get paid so I contact my insurance company and it shows the check wad CASHED. THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS AFTER THEY WERE PAID. They are money hungry people who took advantage of vulnerable people during the worst pandemic. Then, when you try to call them, they are rude! The lady behind the front desk is a see you next Tuesday and the man she connected me to is nastier than her! He called me a liar! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and insufferable service and I have never been treated more poorly in my life. This place needs to be shut down and all of the staff need courtesy lessons. SHAMEFUL."

"I am sick to my stomach reading these comments! I just received a notice from a lawyer that I owe $325 for a Covid test from October 2020 when I paid $35 the day I received the test! I went with someone else on the same day and we both got tested together. We paid the same exact fee and she did not receive a notice but I did. I NEVER RECEIVED AN INVOICE from them saying I owed anymore money. This is a scam!"

"Front desk staff person is very incompetent and a liar. Three weeks I’ve been waiting for them to fax over my ultrasounds to my doctor! Three weeks! I had to cancel my appointment, because of them not sending the ultrasounds doctor. I’m sick and scared! I don’t know what’s going on with me yet they continue to ignore my calls and lie that they are going to send it. Absolutely lazy and incompetent. I’m going to report the to BBB and call my lawyer for help."
