"Very rude lady that works at the front. I checked in at 10, she said it was a long wait. I left and came back around 11:10 and tried to ask how long the wait would be at this point and she wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. This has happened 3 times aka every single time I come. This location needs more staff working and to fire this one lady. She is seriously rude."

"Walk-in. Arrived at 8:40, already a line at the entrance. Couldn't check in until 9:20-ish, lots of Spanish only speakers in line who had trouble with the kiosk. Waited in the car until 11:33, past closing time. Finally able to leave the place at noon. Only two people on staff. Never waited so long before... I went to this place once after COVID and that went fine so idk. Even the DMV was quicker than this."

"The worst customer service ever. This woman yelled out , “ I’m only doing appointments only , no walk- ins ,from behind a partition, just like a beast. She also also rolled her eyes and moved her neck. Labcorps, I don’t know where you are finding these ghetto people , but they are making your business look very bad. This is not the service I expected from you!!!!"

"They should be shutdown, place is a disaster like the rest of the lab corp sites. Absolutely disgusting place appointment no appointment doesn’t matter wait forever, zero professionalism. Call no one answers the phone, drug test oh no we don’t do them on Saturdays???? What? Do they eat RA-TARD sandwiches? It takes about 1-3 minutes to do a drug test, what a waste of time. HORRIBLE avoid all Lab Corps"

"I don’t like to post ever but Labcorp must get Maggie extra help! She is capable but completely overwhelmed. I literally waited 3+ hrs to be seen for a walk in appt. I was not the only one with such a long wait and many people were turned away. Even people with appointments had to wait - not as long. Labcorp needs to address this. I’ve been coming to this location for years and it’s never been this bad."
