"Had an appointment to meet someone at Hedden Terrace in Newark to show a property, and they just never showed up or reached out to me. Completely ignored all of my calls. Horrible people."
"I'm writing this review for the public good of many because this management is disaster. I've been living in one of their property(4918 Park Ave) for almost 1 year now. Last time the city inspector came, he pointed out our balcony's ceiling looked not in good condition and needed to be fixed. During the inspection, the apartment's superintendent was next to us. Even though their employee who was in charge of exact building was there and they must have received the report, there was no action for that unsafe ceiling. In consequence, after the heavy rain in May the ceiling literally "Collapsed.". Thank god no one was in the balcony when it happened. We immediately reported what was going on and of course our amazing maintenance team didn't send anyone cause they were "NEGOTIATING PRICE WITH THE VENDOR". After we complained multiple times, finally they sent someone to remove the debris. Not surprisingly, they finally found someone who can match their budget in November, which means it took 6 months to be fixed. You know what? this is not the only problem they have. The elevator has been out of commission for 3 weeks now. Funny thing is, you call the management whoever pick up the phone they never say their names. Every single time I call them I have to tell from the scratch like who I am, which building and unit I'm currently in, what the problem is... Anyways we finally got an answer from one of maintenance team workers that the elevator would be fixed on Monday since the main parts will be arrived on Monday. It's today, I trusted them for the last time which was my fault :) I got stuck in the elevator for the 5th time! WOW. Also I requested them to send someone to fix the water leaking issue of water purifier, of course I got 0 call back from them, so I called again. They said they cannot find my request, and it was the wrong department(since water purifier is appliance, not maintenance team thing which there's no way I could figure it out ) so I was told to request to another department for very urgent problem which can affect not only floor wet issue, but also serious electric situation. I'm telling you... Run away from their properties."
"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. It's the worst mistake you could make. They are is the business of ignoring their tenants. I waited several months for them to respond to serious maintenance issues I had in my apartment. Like mold growing up the walls, water leaking from under the appliances, electrical hazards, failure to exterminate, and the list goes on. They simply do not care about the condition of their properties or the health and well being of their residents. They are horrible human beings, that treat their tenants like second class citizens. They even went as far as changing the name of the building I lived in just to avoid the negative reviews it had here on Google. Do yourself the biggest favor of your life and do not rent from this company. I don't know how on earth they have a 3.2 star rating here just go through and read all the reviews, it's the same thing over and over. This many people can't be wrong."
"They have like 2 maintenance guys for dozens of buildings, it takes multiple messages and begging to get anything fixed. Jersey City Code Compliance recently told us to contact the health dept and issued a court subpoena against them. Months of mold, infestation, sewage and ground water leaks in our apartment, and those are the most recent issues. The apartment experience from hell and we’re just trying to leave."
"They are the worst landlords in the world the building is coming to pieces. People comes into the building and steal your packages. There are always crack heads in the building sleep. They don’t want to fix nothing and can’t speak English as well. But they always want rent money but never answer the phone. Please avoid moving into there units it not worth it. Check my pictures out it will show you what I been going through with this management since 2019. Still haven’t fix nothing yet."
