"Purchase my 360 bed on 2021,Don’t waste your money I regret making this extremely expensive purchase ,Not only does Sleep number does not stand for their product they also do not make the bed reliable. How is it that the bed I purchased started malfunctioning, right from the start. I should have trusted my gut and returned instead, I have a lemon for a bed. Sleep number should be ashamed of themselves!!! This is not a company I will not recommend!! Customer service is terrible, they have two customer service for the mattress and for the base. After two years, you are on your own, if the bed malfunction,it will cost you more money on top of the cost of the bed! They will say it’s rare, but it’s lies"
