"My husband and I went to LaZBoy Furniture in search of a sofa and loveseat for our living room. Upon entering the store we were welcomed by Sean the salesperson with a warm smile and friendly disposition. He was very helpful but placed absolutely no pressure on us. After shopping for a while we decided to leave the store. We let Sean know that we had narrowed down our decision to two selections.. and that would soon return with our final choice. I did return the next day, and brought along my mom! Sean was so kind to her, striking up an easy conversation, and really left such a great impression with both of us. "Great company! Ordered a new recliner in September, had a very knowledgeable salesman, Zhuri, very helpful! Upon waiting for delivery we got text messages saying when and a time frame if three hours. Today we actually received a phone call telling us that we were number one for delivery, a map showing where they were. Delivery was right in time and the delivery young men were wonderful. Customer service was wonderful! Great company!"
