Hampton Inn South Plainfield-Piscataway 205 New World Way, South Plainfield, NJ 07080

"This hotel is conveniently located near Dunkin, Starbucks, Red Lobster, Chick-fil-A, Wendy's. (Also near several shops-Walmart, Kohls, Target, Marshall's, etc.) The rooms were a little small and the pillows were very soft (4 stars). The rooms and hallway were very clean. The front lobby was also clean, well decorated and the front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast. We had several rooms and except for the pillows, everyone enjoyed the stay"

"One of the best Hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. The front desk staff Jeena and Manager Micheal were very helpful with a special request I had made involving some equipment for work. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the property was well taken care of. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I would definitely recommend."

"Be aware that this hotel since a few weeks is scanning your driver license when you check in and send your information to the local sheriffs office. And don’t tell you about it! When questioning the front desk staff and manager, they say it is a new rule for everybody staying in a hotel in South Plainfield and they cannot give us a room without doing that. We immediately cancelled our reservations and went to a hotel down the road outside South Plainfield. We are coming to this place over 15 years for business trips and never had an experience like that. Sorry Hampton Inn team, but that’s some shady if not even illegal thing that’s going on here"

"OK Don't bother using the app to pick your room it is obviously a bait and switch operation at Hilton hotels because we were given an inferior room with no explanation and never had an e key sent to us ..so far very typical of our other experiences at Hilton . Rooms are a bit run down. Ours had the towel rack in the bathroom pulled out of the wall and the wallpaper was peeling. Overall clean and worth the under $200 a night cost .DON'T PAY MORE it's not worth it . Good breakfast and the staff when you find em are very nice ."

"Booked a room for my two brothers for three nights as I was having work done on my home. From check in to check out, and everything in between, they were treated to the best quality service by a superb, personable staff, particularly by a gentleman named Luigi. Whenever he was at the front desk area or saw them in the hall, he greeted them and inquired how everything was going or if they needed anything. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything they expected. Breakfast was also a big hit with them. I will definitely choose this location for future visitors!"
