She applied no 'sales pressure', which we appreciated, while making helpful suggestions and ensuring that our purchases and design would fit with our home and space. Karen stayed involved until all of our new furniture was delivered and set-up. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we are very happy with our redesigned rooms!"
