"I ordered many their online store and I needed to follow them to ship a week later. They said they will cancel the meats because they go bad during shipping and I said OK and expected refund. I received half of my order ( only 1 box and meats inside and they are very bad because they did not add cooling ). When I asked refund for the meat and half of the order 2-3 times no reply! I called them many times but they always says there is no manager here to give you information call back later! This company basically stole my money and there is no way to communicate with them"
