"I went into the Sally's beauty supply in the Hamilton marketplace on September the 20th and got used clippers in my brand new Andis box I opened the box and it was dirty used clippers in I'm sure Andis didn't do it so it had to be something or someone in the store changing out the clippers. Make sure you check your products before leaving that specific store."

"I wouldn't buy any clippers or trimmers from here. I've bought one clipper and one trimmer, and both the blades were dull ( like they were used ) and had trouble cutting the hair. That's something that shouldn't happen when you buy BRAND NEW. They also will not refund any money, if you open the package of clippers or trimmers. Buyer be warned !! I wouldn't buy clippers or trimmers from any Sally's ever again, what a rip off and waste of money. Now I need to buy another pair because they new trimmers I bought don't even work!"

"In truth when I visited the store I was hoping for more help in choosing the right level and tone of a hair color I hadn't used before. There was one lady in particular who was very nice. Actually I would go back because I chose the wrong time to go (they had obviously just gotten a big product shipment in and were hurriedly trying to get them on the shelves) and so were very busy. I will go back on another day and hopefully will get more attention and advice from one of the store clerks. Big selection in a small space, though!"
