"Once the location of grand union this place has fallen on hard times. Sadly this shopping area has been neglected and is a goshen eyesore. Parking lot is a minefield of potholes and numerous owners have failed to bring it back to acceptable condition. Maybe with legoland opening soon goshen plaza will be renovated and get a new grocery tenant. Probably best to tear out the parking lot and structure and start from scratch. Update. Plans do seem to be underway to demolish the old structure and lot and replace with 107,000 sq ft shopping center. Let's hope they go through this time."
