"It’s an amazing theater where you just have to scan the QR code at your seat, select your food, and within 10 minutes you’ll get your food. The prices are also cheaper than others in a nice area."

"01/ 13/23 Nice theater. I didn't go to the bar but I liked the decor . I went to go see mean girls with my friend Even though it's a stylish looking theater it still has a lot to to do to be a better business, the movie volume would stop working throughout the whole movie also my food and drink came towards the end of the movie and I would have to ask a server passing by to get even something simple as a napkin that person did come back though and Gave me the things I asked for but I used the call bell on the app and I didn't get a response. No one came. There needs to be a lot more than just a stylish movie. Theater is also working on customer service but I can't discredit the supervisor or manager at the end that I wasn't the only one that went to complain about what was going on and I could only imagine if anybody else had to deal with late services. Well but I digress. The supervisor or management was very nice. She generally seem like she understood from all the guest point of view. She apologized. She let everyone talk and then she would say something and she pretty much gave us refunds which was appreciated. So I give this theater a three but it has potential to be as good or even better than AMC . I used to work there and there are a lot of errors that AMC has had and hasn't fix them and not just their dine-in theaters. Regular theaters too. So if look at least for this location I can't say for all locations has the potential to be better. So I will go again to watch furiosa when it comes out in May Also I'm still waiting on the refund but will update this review just in case"

"My family and I had a great experience at the LOOK theatre on Mon, Jan 15. The staff were super helpful and attentive. Theater was clean when we arrived. Food was served in a timely manner and was fresh/warm. I asked about the popcorn I ordered and the waitress not only delivered it promptly she was also very friendly! I felt well looked after and welcome. For a holiday, there was ample staff in the theatre. Better experience than the AMC theatres!"

"This is my favourite theatre. The seats are comfortable - although not all theatres have the recliners. When you book your seat, it indicates if it has a recliner. My favourite part about the recliner is the heated lumbar support option. The staff are friendly and the drink prices seem fine to me - not expensive but not cheap. I like that the movie selection is a mix between some big name films and some smaller, independent movies."

"Small theaters with reclining seating. It’s what a boutique style theater would look like in this day and age perhaps. There is a bar with tables inside for patrons looking to meet up before, during, or after a film. The staff is helpful and eager to provide service. The tickets for a show or movie are higher than usual and the menu for food to dine in the theater is bigger than expected. I had chicken fingers & sweet potato fries ordered and delivered to my seat inside the theater. That worked as intended just not exciting to scan a QR code to order. It is convenient if your phone is charged up. The fingers were fresh, hot, and crispy. Pretty large size wise but the bbq sauce was no match and very tiny. The fries had a burnt taste otherwise they were okay. I visited the bar and it was a cool space, the end of night Bartending team was attentive and went above and beyond. My Tito’s mule was pretty decent. I originally wanted a lemonade cocktail and the house lemonade was off. The team remade a small batch to demonstrate how much better it usually is at the bar. Wasn’t expecting that. Each bar seat has an outlet for charging. Great feature!"
