"Go there frequently. Audience is respectful. Concession stand well stocked and merch nice. However, need to fix men's bathroom stall doors."

"Went to see The Third Man here while visiting New York. Great presentation and could feel it was an audience who appreciate film. Really impressed with Film Forum, their love for film and how they operate (did a little digging). The staff were super friendly too. Will definitely come back when I’m in NYC next."

"Great location, I came into the city for the showing of Piñero and the possibility of meeting Benjamin Bratt (which happened!). I have never been to this location before but it was super easy to order my tickets online and it's really close to the subway. Also, their cranberry walnut tea bread goes really well with the lemon ginger tea they have."

"Love this place to dip in and catch the best Indie movies! Even sat next to legend John Cale while watching him on screen (Velvet Underground), espresso is yummy and the staff is amazing there, especially one manager Juanita Fama."

"The Film Forum is a very special place. I first came here in 2015 to see Embrace of the Serpent and fell in love with this independent theatre ever since. I live in NJ and when I worked up in Midtown, I would often take the subway down here after work, enjoy a wonderful film, and then take the last bus back home because it is so worth it coming here."
