Reviews
"Great neighborhood theater. The intro to the movies has a great 80s vibe. Saw Adam Driver there, "we" saw Once upon a time in Hollywood"
"Small intimate theater with a good small town feel. Prices were reasonable, and beverage sizes aren't the traditional movie theater obnoxious over-sized! I appreciated the option for adult beverages should the mood call for one and really liked the option of hot beverages as it was an especially cold day in NYC. Bathrooms are tiny but clean! No ramp accessibility nor any lifts, so be prepared to take the stairs to your designated theater. All in all, my family and I would return again."
"The upstairs theater has air conditioning in the middle of winter. Had to leave the theater multiple times to warm up. Everyone at my screening was BUNDLED up. Plus, the image quality is poor. They need to update the screens. They closed a couple of years ago for renovations. The complaints still keep pouring in for them. Wish the experience were better but perhaps the owners rely on “beggars can’t be choosers” regarding repairs."
"The best part of this theatre is the staff and service. It emotes a family atmosphere and provides the old experience of going to a cinema. We love it there, and it will always be our go-to place for family entertainment."
"I went here with my friends to see the FNAF movie and we ended up leaving early. First off they are so understaffed here that trying to get food is just a waste, you’ll end up missing your movie because of how slow the line is. Second the theatre is small and felt cramped, there were assigned seats but no one was sitting in the right seats and it there were several kids sitting on the floor in the back because they couldn’t find their seats or something? Third, the theatre was dirty, I’m not sure if that’s because of the kids tossing popcorn around or if it was like that before as well. It also smelt so weird and bad in there. Fourth, there was a bunch of rowdy kids screaming, talking loudly, shining, flashlights in people’s eyes, making wildly inappropriate remarks and throwing things around, I know that I wasn’t the only one to complain about them as the girl next to me also told me she went to complain. They were just given a warning multiple times and that’s it. They were ruining the movie for everyone else but got to stay for some reason. I think they should’ve been kicked out but whatever. We couldn’t hear the movie so we just left, you should just save your money and go somewhere else. My friends and I will not be coming back."
