"Let's see where do I start..The long curly hair rockstar looking guy working the ticket booth was looking at his phone the whole time smiling and laughing, till I interrupted him by being a customer to purchase tickets then he changed and started having an attitude telling me to pick my seats did the saying thank you he did not reply. Not to mention that tickets are 9 more dollars then AMC at the mall right up the street they charge close to a $5 convenience fee which I'm curious what is the convenience of me walking to a ticket booth and getting tickets like I always did before they started charging that. The screen was wobbly at times and blurry in theater 8. The bathrooms are disgusting and there's hardly anyone in the theater. Seats are ripped all over. Definitely lost me as a customer The only reason why I came here is because AMC movie was full and I think that's what they rely on and that's truly sad."

"BEWARE!! This Theatre at 680 Arthur Kill, Staten Island, Will steal your credit card information. It is happened to me twice after visiting the Atrium at this address. I suspect they’re using Credit Card Skimmers at the concession stand because the employee held his whole hand over the card reader. They usually leave them on the counter for you to just tap your phone. All teenagers working here at this location. Good thing Apple stopped the transaction but it sure is funny it only happens here! So look for skimmers on the card readers when using your credit card and check statements! You can’t even go to the movies anymore without someone trying to rip you off!"

"I love this family owned business. I always found it clean and comfortable. Even more now that they updated the seating. Always friendly and helpful when I brought my older family in. Prices are good if not better than the other SI theaters."
